Conclusion
This Mark Levinson combination of the N°326S preamp and two N°531H monobloc endamps is very high end. It most certainly is not cheap (together they’re roughly 26.000 euros) but a music lover willing to pay will get the very best. I consider the N°326S to be the reference in it’s price class. Combined with the N°531H you get a set that shines thanks to its very clear and detailed display. The control with which this set brings the Dynaudio C2’s alive and the depth of the soundstage are thusfar unique in our testing room. The realism and speed also surprised me in a good way.
The finish of this set is correct, and the nice black housing make sure the amplifiers are nog dominantly present in your listening area, even with their measurements. If we forget the small warming up period, we can conclude that we absolutely love this Mark Levinson set. We listened to it for hours without tiring. That’s why we’re making this set a buying tip, because we’re missing the combination already!
